During peak periods or holidays, processing times may extend slightly, but we’ll always notify you if delays occur.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

 

Shipping Times

As a brand that works with selected international suppliers, our products are shipped directly from verified partners around the world.

Estimated delivery times:

  • United Kingdom & Europe: 7–14 business days

  • North America: 10–20 business days

  • Rest of the world: 10–25 business days

Please note that these are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance, local postal delays, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

 

Shipping Fees

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and product weight.
Occasionally, we offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly displayed on our website.

We do not charge additional handling fees.

 

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link.
You can monitor your shipment at any time through that link.

If tracking information is delayed, please allow up to 5 business days for updates to appear after dispatch.

This allows for faster delivery of each product while maintaining our standards of quality and safety.

 

Changes and Cancellations

Once an order has been processed, we may not be able to modify or cancel it.
If you wish to request a change, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order.
